These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and CRYPTO FARM NFT (CFARM) ("Company," “we," “us," or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the www.cryptofarmnft.xyz website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use from time to time. All rights that are NOT specifically granted to the users and owners of crypto farm tokens are reserved for the project. This includes items, such as: official logos, custom art work, trademarks, the website, the aesthetics of the brand and character, the smart contract code and everything else not specifically granted by any of the licenses.
We reserve the rights to use your asset in any marketing materials. If you are in possession of the asset at the time of any community activations, you may opt out. Should you purchase an asset that is currently used in marketing, you forfeit the right to opt out and agree to the terms as agreed upon by the previous participant. Any assets that are used in product placement will be reviewed prior to publishing and legally binded. Should you purchase a NFT in the legally binded state, you are agreeing to these terms in which you will take over the legal obligation. This is ONLY for community activations where such launches are used to benefit the community and all proceeds go to the community treasury.
Assets in this collection and items used on this website are for fun and not meant to be viewed as investment vehicles.
Any art that is provided to you by crypto farm is meant to function as fun, digital collectible assets. These NFTs are not to be used as a financial instrument. We cannot make any promises or guarantees regarding the value of our tokens. We also cannot guarantee that your NFT will be selected for licensing opportunities within any given timeline of the project.
Terms and conditions are revised from time to time and we reserve the rights to do so. You are responsible for reviewing this page at your own accord. By holding a crypto farm NFT, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Site and/or the Content contained therein.
Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Site.

Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us).
Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone.
Your Contributions are not used to harass or threaten (in the legal sense of those terms) any other person and to promote violence against a specific person or class of people.
Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.
Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors.
Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.
Your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of these Terms of Use, or any applicable law or regulation.
Any use of the Site in violation of the foregoing violates these Terms of Use and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Site.
6. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
You agree to irrevocably submit all disputes related to Terms or the relationship established by this Agreement to the jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates courts. CRYPTO FARM NFT (CFARM) shall also maintain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country where you reside or, if these Terms are entered into in the course of your trade or profession, the state of your principal place of business.
16. CORRECTIONS
There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. 20. USER DATA
